Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and sent out to you within 3-6 weeks, please note if you have placed a large or bespoke order - this lead time may be longer. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped which you can track. We use Royal Mail 48 Tracking Service which allows you to see exactly where your order is within the time it leaves our Studio to the time it gets to you. Please expect some delays if you have a large order with us, bank holidays, and some stock delays subject to each item. We will email you if there is an obvious delay and your order isn't going to be with you within 3-6 weeks of purchase. As each item is individually hand-finished, this is the nature of the business due to it not being stocked on a shelf. If your order does take longer than the 3-6 weeks, this could be down to Royal Mail receiving delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems, which are outside of our control.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at (From our Studio in Elmstead, Colchester, CO7 7BN). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within the same lead time of 3-6 weeks. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10 to 5pm on Monday- Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come and confirm with us before coming to the studio, to ensure we have it ready for you.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping subject to confirmation, please email us prior for an estimated rate. (Please expect this to fluctuate due to postal services changing their fees regularly)
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lottie Louise Designs Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@lottielouisedesigns.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
